The Illumina HiSeq 2500 is only avaliable for use by GSC staff members.

Sequencing Modes Available

  • High Output - produces 180-200 million reads per lane - 8 lanes per flow cell
    • SR-50, PE-50
    • SR-100, PE-100
  • Rapid Run ​- produces 120-150 million reads per lane - 2 lanes per flow cell - must purchase both lanes of Rapid flow cell
    • SR-50, PE-50
    • SR-100, PE-100
    • SR-150, PE-150
    • SR-200, PE-200
    • SR-250, PE-250
