  • NextSeq 550 : High Output (NX-HO), Mid Output (NX-MO)
  • MiSeq (MS)

2) Single Read (SR) or Paired End (PE)

3) Sequence Length (50 bp, 100 bp, etc)

4) Sample Information or Library Construction Needs, if necessary
