Fluoroskan Usage

The Thermo Scientific Fluoroskan microplate reader is user accessible and may be used for fluorometric protein and enzyme studies, molecular interaction studies, nucleic acid quantification, and cell based assays. 

 

Available Wavelengths:

Excitation/Emission: 355/460 and 485/538.
